Welcome to Jidian Habit Tracker. We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your check-in projects, records, notes, reminders, statistics, and related data.
极点打卡是一款本地优先的习惯打卡工具。默认情况下，你创建的打卡项目、完成记录、备注、提醒设置、项目状态、颜色、图标和统计数据保存在你的设备本地。
Jidian Habit Tracker is a local-first habit tracking app. By default, your projects, completion records, notes, reminders, project status, colors, icons, and statistics are stored locally on your device.
我们不要求你注册账号，也不运营用于保存你打卡内容的自有服务器。我们不会出售、出租或公开你的打卡内容。
We do not require account registration and do not operate our own server to store your check-in content. We do not sell, rent, or publicly disclose your check-in content.

To provide its features, the App may process the following data on your device:
如果你开启 iCloud 私有备份或同步，相关数据可能通过你自己的 Apple iCloud 账户在你的设备之间同步。该功能由 Apple 提供。我们无法读取、管理或访问你的 iCloud 账户内容。
If you enable iCloud private backup or sync, related data may be synced across your devices through your own Apple iCloud account. This service is provided by Apple. We cannot read, manage, or access the contents of your iCloud account.
极点打卡可能提供 Pro 高级版内购。购买、付款、退款、订阅或交易记录由 Apple App Store 处理。我们不会收集或保存你的银行卡号、支付账号或 Apple ID 密码。
Jidian Habit Tracker may offer Pro features through in-app purchases. Purchases, payments, refunds, subscriptions, and transaction records are handled by Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your card number, payment account, or Apple ID password.
App 可能会在本地保存你的高级版解锁状态，以便提供相应功能。
The App may store your Pro entitlement status locally to provide the corresponding features.
Pro 用户可以将打卡数据导出为 CSV 文件，也可以保存洞察页图片到相册。导出的文件或保存的图片由你自行管理、分享或备份。请妥善保管包含个人习惯记录的文件和图片。
Pro users may export check-in data as CSV files and save insights images to Photos. Exported files and saved images are managed, shared, or backed up by you. Please keep files and images containing personal habit records safe.
当前版本不包含广告 SDK，不使用第三方行为追踪服务，也不会将你的打卡内容出售给第三方。
The current version does not include advertising SDKs, does not use third-party behavioral tracking services, and does not sell your check-in content to third parties.
App 使用 Apple 提供的系统能力，例如 App Store 内购、iCloud、通知、照片保存和生物识别验证。这些系统服务受 Apple 的隐私政策和系统设置管理。
The App uses Apple-provided system features such as App Store in-app purchases, iCloud, notifications, photo saving, and biometric authentication. These system services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy and device settings.
你可以在 App 内删除项目、结束项目、修改备注或删除相关记录。你也可以通过删除 App 来移除保存在当前设备上的本地数据。
You can delete projects, end projects, edit notes, or remove related records in the App. You may also delete the App to remove local data stored on the current device.
如果你开启了 iCloud 私有备份或同步，部分数据可能仍按照 Apple iCloud 的机制保留或同步。你可以在系统 iCloud 设置中管理相关数据。
If iCloud private backup or sync is enabled, some data may remain or continue to sync according to Apple’s iCloud mechanisms. You can manage related data in your device’s iCloud settings.
极点打卡不面向儿童主动收集个人信息。由于 App 不要求注册账号，也不通过自有服务器收集个人身份信息，我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息。
Jidian Habit Tracker does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information through our own servers, we do not intentionally collect children’s personal information.
我们可能会因功能变化、法律法规要求或 App Store 审核要求更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策会发布在本页面，并以页面显示的更新日期为准。
We may update this Privacy Policy due to feature changes, legal requirements, or App Store review requirements. The updated policy will be posted on this page, and the updated date shown above will apply.
