• 如何创建打卡项目：点击添加按钮，输入项目名称，选择颜色，并设置打卡方式和频率。图标会根据项目名称自动匹配。
  How do I create a check-in project? Tap the add button, enter a project name, choose a color, then set the check-in style and frequency. The icon is matched automatically based on the project name.
• 轻松打卡和记录打卡有什么区别：轻松打卡适合喝水、早睡等简单习惯，点击一次即可完成；记录打卡适合健身、学习、复盘等需要留下当天备注的项目。
  What is the difference between Quick check-in and Record check-in? Quick check-in is for simple habits such as drinking water or going to bed early. Record check-in is for projects where you may want to add a note, such as workouts, study, or reviews.
• 如何完成今日打卡：在「今天」页面点击项目左侧的圆圈即可完成当天打卡。记录打卡项目完成后可以填写当天备注。
  How do I complete today’s check-in? On the Today screen, tap the circle next to a project. For Record check-in projects, you can add a note after completing it.
• 如何查看或编辑备注：进入项目详情页，在日历下方的当日记录区域查看或编辑当天备注。
  How do I view or edit notes? Open the project details screen. You can view or edit the day note below the calendar.
• 如何取消今天完成：进入项目详情页，在“今天已经完成”区域可以取消当天完成记录。
  How do I undo today’s completion? Open the project details screen and use the completed-today section to undo today’s record.
• 如何设置提醒：进入项目详情页，开启每日提醒并选择提醒时间。提醒会在你的设备本地触发。
  How do I set reminders? Open the project details screen, enable daily reminders, and choose a time. Reminders are triggered locally on your device.
• 提醒没有出现怎么办：请确认系统通知权限已开启，并检查专注模式、勿扰模式、低电量模式或系统通知设置是否限制了提醒。
  What if reminders do not appear? Please make sure notification permission is enabled, and check Focus mode, Do Not Disturb, Low Power Mode, and system notification settings.
• 如何查看日历和历史记录：进入项目详情页，可以查看该项目的完成日期、当前连续、总完成次数和当日备注。
  How do I view the calendar and history? Open the project details screen to view completed dates, current streak, total completions, and day notes.
• 洞察页面可以看什么：免费用户可以查看总览和近 7 天趋势。升级 Pro 后可以查看更完整的趋势、排行、连续记录、项目结构、建议和需要关注的项目。
  What can I see in Insights? Free users can view the overview and recent 7-day trend. Pro users can unlock deeper trends, rankings, streaks, project mix, advice, and items that need attention.

  How do I save an insights image? Pro users can save the full insights page to Photos. Photo Library save permission may be required.

  How do I end or reopen a project? Open the project details screen to end a project you no longer use. If it was ended by mistake, you can reopen it.
• 如何升级 Pro：在 App 内的升级入口通过 App Store 内购解锁 Pro 功能。付款和退款由 Apple App Store 处理。
  How do I upgrade to Pro? Use the upgrade option in the App to unlock Pro through App Store in-app purchase. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple App Store.
• 如何恢复购买：如果你已经购买 Pro，可以在升级区域点击恢复购买。请确认使用的是购买时的同一个 Apple ID。
  How do I restore purchases? If you already purchased Pro, tap Restore Purchases in the upgrade area. Please make sure you are using the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
• Pro 包含哪些功能：Pro 包含无限项目、CSV 数据导出、iCloud 私有备份、Face ID 隐私锁、高级统计和保存洞察图片等功能。
  What does Pro include? Pro includes unlimited projects, CSV export, iCloud private backup, Face ID privacy lock, advanced stats, and saving insights images.
• 如何导出 CSV：Pro 用户可以在 App 内导出打卡数据。导出的文件由你自行保存、分享或备份。
  How do I export CSV? Pro users can export check-in data in the App. Exported files are saved, shared, or backed up by you.
• iCloud 私有备份如何工作：开启后，数据可能通过你自己的 Apple iCloud 账户在设备之间同步。我们无法读取或管理你的 iCloud 数据。
  How does iCloud private backup work? When enabled, data may sync across your devices through your own Apple iCloud account. We cannot read or manage your iCloud data.
• Face ID 隐私锁会保存面容数据吗：不会。Face ID 或 Touch ID 验证由 iOS 系统完成，App 不会获取或保存你的生物识别数据。
  Does Face ID privacy lock store biometric data? No. Face ID or Touch ID authentication is handled by iOS. The App does not access or store your biometric data.
• 数据是否会上传到服务器：默认情况下，你的打卡项目、记录、备注和统计数据保存在本地设备。我们不要求注册账号，也不使用自有服务器保存你的打卡内容。
  Will my data be uploaded to a server? By default, your projects, records, notes, and statistics are stored locally on your device. We do not require account registration and do not use our own server to store your check-in content.
• 如何切换语言：你可以在设置页面选择语言，也可以跟随系统语言。
  How do I change the language? You can choose a language in Settings or let the App follow the system language.

如果你遇到购买或恢复购买失败、提醒不触发、iCloud 同步异常、CSV 导出失败、Face ID 隐私锁无法使用、洞察图片保存失败等问题，请通过邮箱联系我们。
